Formation is
the cheap part.
Anyone can file an entity. Almost nobody builds the operation that scales it. That gap is where practices overpay, break under audit, and stall entering their next state.
Camino owns that gap. We build the structure, run the operation, and generate the compliance record while your practice actually operates.

One model.
Formation to national scale.
Compliance isn't a fourth pillar. It's the foundation under all three, built by experienced operators as you run.
Structure
Entity formation, multi-state registration, and the full contract stack. CPOM protection designed in from day one.
Operations
The pillar most firms skip. Operational buildout, pricing, workflows, and scale strategy built with physician executives.
Management
We run it with you. Proprietary software manages operations and your compliance plan is built by real consultants using proven systems. Priced per location.

Partner with Camino and the Bayan Health Group network to own and lead compliant practices without carrying the operational load.
You can't be compliant without solid operations and the right systems and team.
Structure is the start. Compliance lives in how you actually run — the workflows, the oversight, and the people who hold you to it. That's why our tool isn't just software. It's Phoebe and a team of consultants, physician partners, and a national network — running on systems built for one standard, every practice, every state.
Build your business, end to end.
The full Private Practice Stack — entity, compliance, physician partnerships, operations, and the systems to run it. You focus on patients; we build the business around you.
A full operational system around the physician.
For large groups and franchises — standardized process and structure across every location, with oversight, staff support, and per-location compliance that holds under audit.
physicians, PAs, NPs
and the operators behind them.
From solo cash-pay practices to national telemedicine companies — unedited words from people we actually worked with.
"A colleague of mine referred me after she used Camino to launch her own practice, and I get why now. I'd worked with a consultant before and it basically felt like paying someone to email me PDFs. This was the opposite. Camino set up the whole backend of my practice, handed me documents I didn't even know I needed, and actually seemed to care whether it worked. I've referred four people to Camino since.
"For over a year I kept telling myself I would launch once I finally understood the compliance and entity side, and honestly I was never going to figure it out alone. Camino walked me through all of it and laid it out in an order that made sense, so instead of staring at an overwhelming list I just knew what to do first. About four months in, my caseload is full. I don't think that happens without Camino.
"As a physician I'm used to being the one who understands the details, and this was an area where I genuinely didn't. What stood out was that Camino never talked down to me or made me feel like my questions were slowing things down. My compliance is handled now, and it's not something I lie awake worrying about anymore.
"We were expanding into five states at roughly the same time and the corporate practice rules were completely over my head. Our attorneys would get on a call to explain it and I'd hang up more confused than when we started. Phoebe was the one person who could take what the lawyers were saying and put it in plain English, so I understood what we were signing and why it mattered. We were structured and compliant before launch.
"I stumbled onto one of Camino's videos on YouTube completely by accident, went down a rabbit hole, and ended up hiring Camino a week later. Before that I'd spent close to a year and more money than I want to admit getting nowhere with other people. The difference was night and day. Instead of another folder of templates and a good luck, I finally had a real plan and someone walking me through it.
"We came to Camino mid audit with our documentation all over the place, and they basically took the whole thing over. There was no panic and no making us feel stupid about how it got that way. It was just here's what we send, and here's how we make sure this doesn't happen again. It got handled, and we came out the other side fine.
"I'll be honest, I push back on almost everything. Phoebe expected that and didn't just agree with me to keep me happy. She told me when my timeline was unrealistic, when my structure was going to create problems later, and then helped me fix it. That honesty is why I trust her with my practice. She checks in more than anyone I've ever worked with and somehow makes me feel like I'm not behind even when I am.
"We interviewed three firms before Camino and every one of them felt like they were reading from the same deck. Camino showed up to our first call having already looked at our state requirements, our specialty, and our competitor landscape. It was immediately clear this wasn't a package they were selling, it was a system they were going to build around us. Two years later the team still knows my practice better than some of my own staff.
"Camino will absolutely tell you when you're overcomplicating something or when your attorney is wrong, and that's rare. I needed someone who would give me the real answer, not the safe one. They hold us accountable to our own deadlines, follow up when we go quiet, and have talked me off the ledge more than once. I don't think of Camino as a vendor. I think of them as part of our leadership team.
how Camino compares.
Generic compliance companies hand you templates and leave you to implement them. Lawyers draft documents by the hour but never run the operation. Accountants file the entity and stop there. Camino builds your structure, gets your staff running it, and stays on as the system of record that keeps your physician oversight documented and audit-ready. One system, tuned to your specialty, states, and growth plan.

Three phases, one system.
We design your structure, register the entities, confirm your staffing model is viable, draft your staff contracts, arrange physician oversight, and train your team to run the system.
Your staff operates day to day inside the platform. It stays the system of record for your medical oversight documentation — a continuous legal requirement, not a one-time task. We run periodic audits with corrective action so you know you're still clean.
New state expansions, enforcement responses, and structure redesigns — scoped as separate engagements when you need them.
Priced per location, like software. Onboarding is scoped to your build. After that, a per-location subscription keeps your oversight documented, your operations running, and your compliance audit-ready. No hourly meters, no template packs, no disappearing act.

compliance is
a journey.
camino operationalizes it.
The old way is a binder nobody opens. Most people think you get a compliance plan on day one and you’re done. Ours runs through the software we build with you — so from day one, hiring, training, vendor management, contracts, and every other operational touchpoint generates the audit log, paper trail, and documentation that demonstrate compliance as you actually operate.

questions.
Answer-first, so you don’t have to hunt. Deeper answers live inside each service page.
Can a non-physician own a medical practice?+
In most states, no. Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) doctrine requires a physician-owned professional corporation. A non-clinical company uses an MSO to provide services to the PC under a management services agreement — that’s the structure we build.
What is a PC and an MSO?+
A Professional Corporation (PC) is physician-owned and delivers clinical care. A Management Services Organization (MSO) provides administrative, operational, and technology services to the PC. Together they let non-clinical founders operate a compliant healthcare business.
Do you set up structure in all fifty states?+
Yes. Camino handles PC/MSO formation, multi-state registration, and state-specific compliance across all fifty states, with a focus list of fifteen states first: CA, NY, IL, CO, NJ, TX, NV, WA, FL, PA, MI, NC, SC, GA, TN.
How is management priced?+
Per location, like software. As you add locations or enter new states, the model scales without a proportional consulting spend.
How is Camino different from a healthcare lawyer?+
A lawyer files documents. Camino designs and runs the operation those documents sit inside — structure, operations, management, and compliance as one integrated system, in fifty states.
